Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of the creditors of Onethree Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) (“the company”) will be held at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath, Level Five, 345 Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 14th day of July 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Business
1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To consider whether creditors wish to appoint different liquidators in place of Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee, and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
