Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held at
the offices of Jones Young, Level Fourteen, ASB Tower, 135 Albert Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of
May 2006 commencing at 10.00 a.m.
The business to be transacted at the meeting shall be:
1. Liquidator’s Report
To consider the liquidator’s report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Appointment of Liquidator
To consider whether to confirm the appointment of Kevin J. Gilligan as liquidator or to appoint another liquidator in his place.
3. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether the liquidator should be asked
to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation.
4. Liquidation Committee
To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed and, if so, to appoint the members of that committee.
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than Wednesday, the 24th day
of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m., being 48 hours before the
start of the meeting.
