Dairy Meats (NZ) Limited (“the company”) was placed into liquidation on the 25th day of January 2006.
The liquidators intend to distribute the company’s residual assets to the shareholders on or about the 25th day of May 2006 and have the company removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) shortly thereafter.
Accordingly, the liquidators request that anybody who thinks they may have a claim against the company should contact them immediately at the address and contact numbers listed below.
