Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the Kingsgate Hotel Terraces Queenstown,
88 Frankton Road, Queenstown, on Wednesday, the 29th day of March 2006 at 11.00 a.m.
Agenda
1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of the creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
5. To deal with any other business that might properly be brought before the meeting.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than Monday, the 27th day of March 2006 at 11.00 a.m., being 48 hours before the start of the meeting.
