Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the Conference Centre, Lincoln Green Hotel, 159 Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 4th day of April 2006, commencing at 11.30 a.m.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. an update of the progress in the liquidation to date;
2. an outline of the liquidator’s intentions with respect to future progress in the liquidation; and
3. to receive the views of creditors.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointment of a proxy or by postal vote.
A body corporate may appoint a representative to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy.
Proxies:
A proxy may be appointed by completing a notice of appointment.
To be effective, a proxy must be received by the liquidator no later than the 3rd day of April 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
