Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easements which have become redundant by the reasons given below. I intend to remove those redundant easements at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there is no objection lodged by any interested party before that date:

Applicant: Northland Property Concepts Limited, care of McVeagh Fleming, Lawyers, P.O. Box 300 844, Albany,
Auckland (Attention: Anna Ferguson).
Redundant Easements: Rights of way over part marked “F” on DP 353982 and the parts marked “B” and “C” on DP 347387 affecting the servient land in Computer Freehold Registers 220505, 220506, 220510, 220511, 264459, 264460, 264461, 264462 and 264463, appurtenant to the land in Computer Freehold Register 264460, created by transfer 9995386.2 and conveyance 68143.
Circumstances: The subdivisions carried out under DP 347387 and DP 353982 resulted in some servient land being separated from the dominant land.
