Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easements which became redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the redundant easements at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
Application: 7025822.3.
Applicants: Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, BP Oil New Zealand Limited, Chevron New Zealand, Europa Oil (NZ) Limited, and Shell New Zealand Limited.
Redundant Easements:
(a) Right of way easements over part of Computer Freehold Register NA93D/23, created by transfer 298054.11, appurtenant to the land in Computer Freehold Registers NA101B/41, NA108B/132, NA108B/133, NA108B/136, NA108B/137, NA108B/139, NA108B/140, NA108B/141, NA108B/142, NA109D/110, NA109D/111, NA109D/112, NA114A/528, NA114A/529, NA114A/530, NA117D/773 to NA117D/780 (inclusive), NA119D/468, NA123D/924, NA123D/925, 48219, 89996, 119556, 119557, 119558, 141356, 141357, 132421, 173627, 173628, 121882, 138134, 267753 to 267760 (inclusive); and,
(b) Right of way easements created by transfers 298960.4, 298054.7 and 298054.8, over part of Lot 18, DP 333713
(now road), appurtenant to the land in Computer Freehold Register NA93D/23.
Circumstances: The subdivision carried out under DP 333713 and the vesting of Lot 18, DP 333713, resulted in the servient land (Computer Freehold Register NA93D/23) being separated from the dominant land.
