Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the partial removal of a right of way easement. The applicant claims the right of way is partially redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way easement as to the dominant land specified below on the 13th day of November 2006 if no objections have been received before that date.
Application: 7046425.2.
Applicant: The Blue Sky Land Company Limited, care of Greig, Gallagher & Co, P.O. Box 935, Wellington.
Easement: Right of way over Lot 1, DP S45270 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register 181587); marked “A” and “B” on DP S45270 as appurtenant to Lots 2–10, DP S66788 and Lot 1, DP S66499, created by easement certificate H999004.5, registered on the 10th day of October 1991.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become separated from the servient tenement caused by the subdivisions on DP S66499 and DP S66788.
