I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, pursuant to Part 4A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Description: Each as to a half share for an estate in fee simple in 1675 square metres, being all of part Rural Section 1749 and being the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index C1749 (20D 587), Canterbury Land District.
Circumstances: The documentary owners of the above land are Henry Harold de Bourbel and Joseph Birch. Lot 1, DP 357869 adjoins Lot 3, DP 304370 and part Rural Section 1749 and provides access for the afore-mentioned parcels of land to Victoria Street.
