The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easements which have become redundant by reason of the circumstances given below. I intend to remove the easements at
the expiry of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, provided that there is no objection lodged by anyone before that date.

Applicants: Elaine Annette Hayward, Francis Hugh Hayward and Keith Alan Williams.
Easements: Right of way and a right to drain water easements over part of Computer Freehold Register NA115C/855, appurtenant to the land in Computer Freehold Register NA4C/1453, created by transfer 462865.
Circumstances: The impact created by the deposit of plans 51106, 190196 and 185334 has made the affected easements redundant.
