The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 1st day of September 2006, if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: The easement is redundant due to the separation of part of the dominant tenement from the servient tenement caused by the subdivision shown on DP 331970.
