Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Waiotapu Investments Limited, to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B190241.12 of the land in Computer Freehold Register SA33D/292, of which the lessor is Waiotapu Investments Limited and the lessee is HomeAgain Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6791977.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the 13th day of July 2006.
