The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an
easement. The applicant claims that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to
remove the easement on the 22nd day of June 2006, if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Wellington City Council, care of Phillips Fox, Barristers and Solicitors, P.O. Box 2791, Wellington (Attention: Susan Hesp).
Description of Easement: Rights of way over parts marked “A” and “C”, DP 63357 (Lots 4 and 3), comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN31D/717 and 31D/716, as specified in easement certificate 915628.5, registered on the 19th day of April 1988.
Circumstances: Parts of the dominant tenement have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision.
