Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Steven Phillip Berry, Elizabeth Naretta Berry and Craig Peter Gribble to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease A446194.69 of the land in Computer Unit Title Register CB47B/989, of which the lessors are Steven Phillip Berry, Elizabeth Naretta Berry and Craig Peter Gribble and the lessee is Hanmer Springs Management Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6772818.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the 5th day of May 2006.
