Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement on 16 April 2006 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Thomas Edward Lancaster, Elizabeth Rhodes and Glen Graham Colvin.
Easement: Right of way created by deed of easement 139970 (259/163) appurtenant to Lot 2, DP 89550, comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN57A/553 and over part of the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN463/162.
Circumstances: The easement is redundant due to the separation of the dominant tenement from the servient tenement caused by the subdivision shown on DP 89550.
