Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 63 and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares the stopped road be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL6A/784.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be taken for severance and further declares that the land be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL6A/784.
