Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 April 1965, No. 20, page 554,
is hereby redefined as being a papakainga and marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Raniera Wharerau.
