Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation over the grave site of the late Pono Hakaria.

7.5 Part of the land known as Ohinepuhiawe 140E Block (Computer Freehold Register 44A/651), Wellington Registry delineated on a sketch plan filed in the Aotea Maori Land Court and annexed to the recommendation made at 160 Aotea Minute Book 13-20.
