Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Masterton District Council, by resolution dated 26 October 2005, classified the reserve described in the Schedule as
a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
