Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved to the Crown by section 59 of the Land Act 1948) is hereby acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the North Shore City Council.
