In the notice headed Maori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 1992, No. 6, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 July 1992, No. 105, page 2387, the reference in the Second Schedule to Waimana 1D1B2B3 being comprised and described as:
“certificate of title 11C/388”
should be stated as:
“certificate of title 11B/388”.
The description of the two pieces of land in the Second Schedule will now read as follows:
Area ha Description
4.1834 Waimana 1D2A1 Block (Computer Freehold Register SA11C/359).
29.5421 Waimana 1D1B2B3 Block (Computer Freehold Register SA11B/388).
