Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
New Plymouth District Council authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose (screening and beautification) reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
