Under the Reserve Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in
the Southland District Council in trust for that purpose, and declares that the reserve shall be known as the Ivon Wilson Park Recreation Reserve.
