Pursuant to section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (environmental and landscape protection) reserve and vests the reserve in the Southland Fish and Game Council in trust for that purpose.
