Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of November 2006, stopping and amalgamating a portion of road and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 November 2006, No. 132, page 3842, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
