Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Dunedin City Council to control and manage the Long Beach Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule and vests the reserve in the Dunedin City Council in trust for a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
