Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of May 1986, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken, published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 1986, No. 72, page 2112, by replacing the area of the first parcel described in the First Schedule
“992”
with
“922”.
