Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the purpose of a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and to remain vested in the Crown, with control
and management to vest in the Timaru District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and
(b) Pursuant to section 28, further declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is subject to the creation of the following easements, on terms and conditions as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette:
(i) A right to drain sewage is granted in favour of the land described in the Second Schedule; and
(i) rights to convey electric power, water and sewage over the land described in the Third Schedule to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
