Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council resolved on 6 November 2006 that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice be and is declared to be recreation reserve (Kaharoa Domain) within the meaning of the said Act.
