Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the
9th day of August 2006, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 2006, No. 97, page 2877, by adding in the recital
“and vested in the Napier City Council”
after the words
“acquired for a refuse transfer station”.
