Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described
in the First Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (esplanade) and the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (drainage), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
