Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 July 1984, No. 128, page 2865, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected private land for scientific purposes.
