Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (b) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested, pursuant to section 117 (4) of the Joint Family Homes Act 1964, and amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB8F/1006, subject to limited access road in Gazette Notice 335528.1, mortgage 992411.2, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
