Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the First Schedule to this notice is surrendered, and the easement referred to in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired upon the terms and conditions described in the Third Schedule, and shall vest in the Crown for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977 (called “the grantee”) on the
date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement to be Surrendered
An easement in gross for a right of way over the area marked “A” on DP 10665, described as part Lot 1, DP 10665, in favour of Her Majesty the Queen for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977 and created by transfer 245212.4.
Second Schedule
Easement to be Acquired
An easement in gross for a right of way for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977, over Lot 1, DP 10665 and marked “A”, “B” and “E” on DP 358810 (part Computer Freehold Register NL7A/1271).
Third Schedule
Terms and Conditions
The rights and powers of the right of way are those prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and/or the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952.
