Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the First Schedule to be held for conservation purposes and further authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies that the land in the
Second Schedule be held for the purposes of a stewardship area.
