(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway and vested in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 166038, subject to mortgage 932310.2 to ASB Bank Limited, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, a right of way in gross over part Section
2, SO 335532; marked “W”, “X” on SO 335532 to
Her Majesty the Queen created by easement instrument 6093356.2, 6093356.3 conservation covenant, pursuant to section 77 of the Reserves Act 1977, over part Section 2 on SO 335532; marked “X”, “Y”, “Z” on SO 335532, and appurtenant to Sections 1-2, SO 335532, hereto is a right of way created by deed of easement 6689578.1
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
