Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the schedule is held for conservation purposes with the effect that the land is now deemed to have been declared to be held for the purposes of a conservation park.
