A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made
by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that:
(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road; and
(b) The roadway declared road in Wellington Land District Proclamation (with respect to part Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 3) which was made on 28 September 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 October 1999, No. 150, page 3601, is revoked.

All that piece of Maori freehold land containing 3555 square metres, more or less, as shown on SO 37350 and described as part Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 3 comprised in certificate of title 44/185.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 18th day of September 2006.
