In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council has passed the following resolution:
“That pursuant to Section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Kapiti Coast District Council dedicates as road the local purpose reserves (road) described in the Schedule.”
