Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a scenic reserve for
the purposes of section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, subject to the provisions of the Act.
