Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby gives notice that resolutions to the following effect were passed by council on 29 September 2006.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Secs 1-2 Blk III Sec 1 Blk L Wanaka Town (407 square metres more or less) shall henceforth be known as Bridgeman Green”.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 66 DP 319218 (0.0005 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Frye Crescent Segregation Reserve”.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 64 DP 319218 (0.0097 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Ash Walkway”.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 65 DP 319218 (0.0011 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Ash Ave Segregation Reserve”.
