Pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi
Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister in Charge of Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations hereby gives notice that section 33 of the Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi Claims Settlement Act 2005 applies and the property described in the Schedule
to this notice ceases to be a conservation area under the Conservation Act 1987 and vests in Te Rehu Joint Venture Limited from the date of publication of this notice.
