Pursuant to section 60 (1) of the Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation hereby gives notice that uukaipoo entitlements were created and granted to Te Kaahui o Rauru on 26 July 2005, over the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
