Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the two notices with the above heading
dated the 15th day of September 2005 and the 13th day of October 2005, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 September 2005, No. 161, page 4042 and New Zealand Gazette, 20 October 2005, No. 177, page 4519 respectively, by substituting the words
“and shall vest in the Crown”
under paragraph (a) of each notice with
“and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council”.
