Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the leasehold interest, more particularly described in the deed of lease dated the 27th day of January 2006, in the reclaimed Crown land, being the Bayswater Marina reclamation described in the Schedule to this notice in Bayswater Marina Developments Limited.
