Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for a public school, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, easement 861236, section 37 (1) (a) of the Counties Amendment Act 1961 and transfer A108803.1, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and to be vested in the Crown.
