Pursuant to section 15 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland City Council hereby authorises the exchange of land described in the First Schedule hereto, being a portion of local purpose (esplanade) reserve, for land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to a drainage right over part marked “B” on LT 325072 specified in easement certificate B249348.2.
