Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on
27 July 2006, declaring the firstly described parcel of land
in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to
the Reserves Act 1977, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and subject to section 11 of
the Crown Minerals Act 1991; declaring the secondly described parcel of land in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and subject to drainage right in gross over parts marked “A”
and “C” on SO 349139 in favour of Rodney County Council created by transfer B424478.1; and declaring the thirdly described parcel of land in the Schedule hereto as a Recreation Reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
