Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Mangaone Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
