Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
the Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice
to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL9C/253, subject to right of way easement in transfer 358833.1, easement instrument 6489571.4 and mortgage 6294490.1.
